Good Afternoon. Can I just say how impressed I am at the speed and planning involved in the mailing of our products, to help us mail 1 day early.

It was a great pleasure for me to say that our excellent printers  and mailing house had already spoken to lay on alternatives with the mailing party to ensure we had the best chance to avoid the worst of the delays.

I was in at the conception of Bay Mailing's Hand packing operation in March 2005. I have seen them grow from an empty warehouse to a very busy, well run operation. IPC Media, one of Europe's largest magazine publishers regularly uses Bay Mailing for all types of hand and machine wrapping operations, and can recommend their services to anyone who has a requirement for all types of finishing. The finished copies and presentation are of a high quality and all of the staff are both efficient and friendly, from the top management to the fork lift driver.

Bay Mailing posted a monthly magazine for me when it was printed by a neighbouring printer. It was always refreshing at the end of what could be a frustrating production process to know that once the magazine arrived at Bay it would slip back into the clockwork and things would start to happen when they were supposed to happen. I don't recall any time when Bay Mailing caused problems with the schedule – but they certainly solved a few.

Bay's staff have raised £205 for Cornwall Hospice Care which was matched by the company. The Hospice thanked the Bay team for the donation of £410.
